Vita

Laura was born and raised in Cologne as the child of a publisher and a journalist.
After her bachelor's degree in cultural studies and subsequent film studies at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, Laura first worked as a producer on the feature-length film Zweite Hand. As a producer at augenschein Filmproduktion, she was then primarily responsible for the research and script development of mostly international feature films.

Laura has spent the last few years more or less in various writers' rooms, writing series for rtl+, Netflix and ZDF Neo. Laura has worked as both head and staff writer. For the Rollenfang Lab project, she is also leading an inclusive writers' room in which a series pilot is being created.

Laura ist als Kind einer Verlegerin und eines Journalisten in Köln geboren und aufgewachsen.
Nach ihrem Bachelor für Kulturwissenschaften und dem darauf folgenden Filmstudium an der Kunsthochschule für Medien in Köln hat Laura zunächst als verantwortliche Producerin den abendfüllenden Spielfilm Zweite Hand realisiert. Bei der augenschein Filmproduktion war sie im Anschluss daran als Producerin vor allem für die Recherche und Stoffentwicklung der meist internationalen Kinospielfilme zuständig.

Die letzten Jahre hat Laura mehr oder weniger in unterschiedlichen Writers Room verbracht und dort Serien für rtl+, Netflix und ZDF Neo geschrieben. Laura hat sowohl schon als Head- wie auch als Staffwriter gearbeitet. Für das Projekt Rollenfang Lab leitet sie zudem einen inklusiven Writers Room an in dem ein Serienpilot entsteht.
